As a Certified Personal Trainer, Women's Fitness Specialist and Weight Loss Specialist, Wendy brings a solid skill set to help you meet your goals. Besides helping women with weight loss, Wendy has assisted clients that have arthritis, autoimmune disorders, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, EDS, fibromyalgia, heart disease, injuries (recovery), joint replacements, kidney disease, metabolic disorders, MS, menopause, osteoporosis, and physical limitations.  With over 3 decades of experience Wendy can find solutions for you.

Wendy has a cardio room and a strength room. Near Airport/Stoll in Lansing

Train at Your Home

Enjoy the convenience of having Wendy come to your home. Prices start at $60.00+/Hour (based on distance). Contact Wendy for an exact price.

Train Online

$50.00/Hour

Train anywhere (even while on vacation)! In-state and out-of-state only.  Inquire for more details.

Share Your Session

Save money and have more fun by sharing your session. Add on $20.00/hour to your price and split the cost with your partner.

Do I need nutritional guidance?

If weight loss is your focus, Wendy recommends taking a good look at food first. "Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise." Wendy is certified in a program that has produced successful results in several clients that added this plan into their lifestyle.

What is the eating plan?

"I've lost weight while eating more (and more consistently) than I used to--and all foods that I like. No tricks, gimmicks, counting, measuring... It's a plan that works in all kinds of situations (traveling, eating out). Wendy guides you every step of the way. Highly recommend!" Karen S.

Learn how to make fat burning meals instead of fat storing meals (using your own food). This  is NOT a diet. This is an eating plan that promotes a properly firing metabolism, helps to stabilize blood sugar levels and gives you more energy. Wendy helps you stay accountable and make better food choices.

What does this service cost?

This service is $80.00 which includes a meeting to learn the program, an emailed reference book, and 2-weeks of food monitoring/accountability. After that, food monitoring is $15.00/week for as long as you would like the accountability.
